Required commercial terms
The final document must define the permanent per-project Book Licence, subscription access, cancellation, payment failure, intellectual-property ownership, service availability, limitations and dispute terms without inventing publisher guarantees.
Customer content stays the customer’s
Terms should request only the rights needed to store and process account information and to generate files at the customer’s request. They must not quietly claim ownership of a manuscript.
